23 March 2026
Good day,

Thank you for the productive discussion regarding your team's 4x4 driver training requirements. We thoroughly appreciated the opportunity to understand the specific challenges your drivers face — particularly the muddy farm terrain, rural road conditions, and the demanding off-road environments that are central to SASOL's daily operations.

Based on our conversation, we have put together a 2-day programme that addresses exactly what was discussed:

Day 1 takes place at the training centre where each candidate completes our online theory module with integrated assessment, followed by the Moto-R psychomotor test battery. By the end of Day 1, we have a complete picture of every driver — what they know, how fast they react, how well they coordinate, and where the gaps are. This gives us a combined assessment report that maps each driver's theoretical knowledge against their actual psychomotor ability.

Day 2 is 100% practical. Using the combined report from Day 1, we tailor the practical training to each driver's specific weak areas. No generic one-size-fits-all. Drivers who scored well move to advanced terrain scenarios. Drivers who need more time on fundamentals get it. Every minute behind the wheel is targeted.

Below you will find live interactive previews of the exact tools your drivers will engage with, as well as a sample of the combined report your management team will receive per candidate.

We are confident this approach will give SASOL a measurable, scientific, and practical view of every driver's competence — and a training day that maximises the value of every hour.

Looking forward to your feedback.
