Based on our conversation, we have put together a 2-day programme that addresses exactly what was discussed:
Day 1 takes place at the training centre where each candidate completes our online theory module with integrated assessment, followed by the Moto-R psychomotor test battery. By the end of Day 1, we have a complete picture of every driver — what they know, how fast they react, how well they coordinate, and where the gaps are. This gives us a combined assessment report that maps each driver's theoretical knowledge against their actual psychomotor ability.
Day 2 is 100% practical. Using the combined report from Day 1, we tailor the practical training to each driver's specific weak areas. No generic one-size-fits-all. Drivers who scored well move to advanced terrain scenarios. Drivers who need more time on fundamentals get it. Every minute behind the wheel is targeted.

Sample Combined Assessment Report
The report management receives per driver — combining theory assessment scores with Moto-R psychomotor results. Includes dual radar chart, combined interpretations, auto-generated practical training plan, risk flags, and sign-off. This sample shows a realistic mixed-score candidate.
